Ryder Apartments

This project involved a complete redesign to the interior of the apartment. The apartment was gutted and partitioned to suit the newly designed layout. A new structural beam was installed to allow the opening up of the Kitchen to the Living Area. The Living area flows onto the Patio which captures. a beautiful 180 degree view over the hills to the ocean. Bathrooms, Laundry and Kitchen were all newly refurbished while maintaining existing drainage location restrictions, all of which required clever considered planning.
